Carousel Skate Center is opening a new outdoor space for the community for family-friendly fun. The Park at Carousel will celebrate its grand opening on May 8, 2021.
Admission is FREE to this celebration. They’ll have yard games, a DJ, free facepainting, and prizes. You can also get a selfie with the family in front of the mural. (They’ll have a piece from Joyland’s original Log Jam ride to sit in!) Shaved ice will be available to purchase in The Park.
The grand opening will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
The Carousel Communications Manager says, “With roller skating, indoor playground and arcade inside + shave ice and yard games outside, Carousel can be a true 1 stop shop for family fun during the summer!”
She also told me that beginning in June, Carousel will have half-price arcade games for the rest of the summer!
