Who needs a Girl’s Day Out?! KC Women’s Events is hosting a day of shopping and pampering at the historic Castle Inn Riverside on October 22, 2017.
Riverside Castle (aka Campbell Castle, aka Crumm Castle) is located at 1155 N. River Blvd. and is one of Wichita’s most recognizable homes. It was built in or around 1888 by Colonel Burton Harvey Campbell and based on the design of an actual Scottish castle. For years it operated as a B&B here in Wichita.
In the past year, the castle has been the venue for a few special events, including a Christmas tour for the whole family last December, and then in January a “Downton Abbey” style formal tea.
At this October’s Sunday Funday event, you’ll enjoy live entertainment, FREE massages, FREE mini manicures, FREE goodie samples, demonstrations from local vendors and more. There are two event times to choose from: 11am-2pm and 3pm-6pm. Admission is $15 at the door or $11.54 in advance (price includes $1.54 processing fee). Guests must be at least 13 years old to attend.
