Subway is on the move this summer with lots of exciting changes. And there’s a FREE sub in it for you on July 12, 2022! (Scroll down to see how to get the free sub.)

Last summer, the popular sub shop underwent a multiyear process to improve the customer experience overall, including the introduction of more than 20 new and refreshed ingredients to its menu.

And, now this summer, the popular sub shop is building on that momentum with the unveiling of its new Subway Series — a lineup of 12 all-new signature sandwiches ordered by name or number.

What to expect

Many Subway enthusiasts will want to know how the chain’s changes will affect their menu choices.

The new sandwiches are the perfect combination of meat, cheese, vegetables, sauce and freshly baked bread, allowing sub lovers to explore new options beyond the customer-favorite build-your-own customization. 

The Subway Series menu is divided into four categories with three sandwiches each:

Cheesesteaks – #1 The Philly, #2 The Outlaw and #3 The Monster

Italianos – #4 Supreme Meats, #5 Bella Mozza and #6 The Boss

Chicken – #7 The MexiCali, #8 The Great Garlic and #9 The Champ

Clubs – #10 All-American Club, #11 Subway Club and #12 Turkey Cali Club

How to get a FREE sub

To celebrate the changes, customers can bite into one of the new 12 sandwiches at no cost. 

On July 12, from 10 a.m. to noon, the first 50 customers at each participating location will get a FREE 6″ Subway Series sandwich. No purchase necessary.

No coupon, code or app needed — just ask for the complimentary sandwich.  

The restaurant chain will give away up to one million subs.
