You’ve probably heard of the brand new Splash Aqua Park that just opened this past Memorial Day in Wichita, Kansas.
We are so excited Wichita has this fun summer entertainment option. It’s a totally new concept for our city, and should help keep the kids busy all summer long.
The Splash water park is an actual floating obstacle course on a small lake in the Crossgate District. The course is made up of inflatable runways, bounces, wiggle bridges, swings, ladders, trampolines and everything in between.
There’s even a sandy beach (!) at the edge of the water for us in the coastless Midwest.
Splash Aqua Park is located at 860 W Steeple Bay Parkway in Wichita and is open every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. throughout the season.
Splash Aqua Park Prices
The regular price for a one-hour pass is $15 per person. But there are also a few ways to save, which we’ve listed below. (And we’ll let you know the minute we hear about others).
How to Save on Passes to Splash Aqua Park ICT
We don’t anticipate a whole lot of discounts for the Wichita water park, but there definitely ARE some ways to save on this fun summer attraction.
Limited time deal: Neighborly Discount
From July 8-13, 2019, bring your receipt from Gander Outdoors & Camping World, which is right across the street from Splash Aqua Park, and you’ll get $10 off a 5-hour punch pass. That’s a very good deal!
There’s a limit of one discount per transaction. See below for more info on the aqua park’s punch passes.
2-hour or 5-hour passes
The first way you can save is to buy passes for multiple hours. A 2-hour pass is $25 and a 5-hour punch pass is $50. This effectively makes your price only $10 per hour, which is a $5 savings.
Both passes can only be used by one individual.
Group discounts at Splash Aqua Park
If you want to take a group of people to the water park, you can definitely take advantage of group discounts.
A group of 10 or more people will receive a discount of 10% per person, and a group of 20 or more will get 20% off per person. The discount is off the regular price of water park passes, and can’t be combined with other offers.
You can purchase group passes for either one-hour or two-hour sessions.
Spectators can watch the fun for free.
Friends and Family Nights
Save money every Monday when you visit Splash Aqua Park from 4-7 p.m. with a group of 5 or more people. EACH person gets $5 off their ticket price.
It should be pretty easy to round up a group of five kids in the summer time to go to a water park, so this is a terrific discount you could probably take advantage of weekly.
Time Trial Tuesdays
On Tuesday nights you can run one of the park’s three time-trial courses at a discount from 4-6 p.m. One run costs $4, or you can do three runs for $8.
This is a terrific bargain way to get all that extra energy out of teenagers. 🙂
