Join the Great Plains Nature Center for a fun-filled day at the 2019 Pollinator Party.
The Pollinator Party is an opportunity to learn about many of our most important prairie residents like bees, butterflies, and moths. They’ll have many different educational booths with activities and crafts for all ages.
Admission to the Pollinator Party is FREE.
Pollinators—such as bees and butterflies—play an important role in our environment and food chain.
This event will feature local beekeeping experts and hives on display, as well as locally-made honey for tasting. Visitors are encouraged to take home seed packets to grow pollinator-attracting flowers in home gardens and provide habitat for local pollinators.
The Great Plains Nature Center building is on the corner of 29th and Woodlawn.
