Looking for a place to celebrate Independence Day this year? Park City, just 14 miles north from downtown Wichita, is packed with events to get you in the celebration mood.
Kick off the morning with a parade at 9am that starts near 61st and Hydraulic and moves towards Hap Mclean park.
Afterwards, head to Hap Mclean park for 4 hours of food, fun, music and games. (There is free ice cream while supplies last!)
Finally, it wouldn’t be a proper 4th of July celebration without fireworks so come back at 10pm for a display presented by Crosswinds Casino. (Tip: Parking is pretty tight so we suggest getting there early for less of a hassle)
