Celebrate Mother’s Day a little bit early. Bring her to Lake Afton Public Observatory tonight and mom (grandma too!) will get free admission when accompanied by a paying child. (See regular admission prices below.) The featured program is called “Big, Bigger, Biggest,” which is about the sizes of the stars and other planets relative to the size of the earth. Observe Saturn, a giant star, a cluster of stars, and another galaxy through the observatory’s 16″ telescope lens.
