Friends of the Wichita Art Museum is hosting another READiculas Book Sale on June 12 – 14, 2026. If you haven’t attended one of these, you must. The best part is it’s FREE to attend and includes general admission to the museum. Of course, you must bring money for the book sale.
The READiculous Book Sale is a three-day extravaganza and the Friends of the Art Museum’s largest fundraising event of the year! They will have a wide selection of gently used books for all ages and interests, including fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, and many first editions, author-signed books, and rare finds. All proceeds benefit WAM’s events and programs. Plus, the museum will host fun events perfect for the whole family. This would be a great time to check out the remodeled PLAY Kids Area in the museum, which is FREE.
Admission to the Permanent Collection is Always FREE, so you can visit the museum’s galleries after shopping, but traveling exhibits are an additional cost.
