Milkfloat, the popular Delano dessert shop, has a second location, called Gladspoon, in west Wichita! You may have even seen the sign on the building near Maple and Ridge.
The grand opening of Gladspoon was on August 2, 2019. The concept is “Serving up Joy” and the new dessert shop will have treats like:
- edible cookie dough
- super-premium ice cream
- cake batter cookies
- milkshakes
- soda floats
- and more, including some vegan options
Gladspoon is located at 7330 W. Maple St., Wichita, KS 67200. The new sweet shop will be open every day. Its hours are 11-9 Monday through Thursday, 11-10 on Fridays and Saturdays, and noon to 6 p.m. on Sundays
This is not too far from one of our favorite Wichita coffee shops, Ecclesia! So you’ll be able to chase your cookie dough with some espresso before you head to the movies or enjoy some live music on date night. Or, you can take the kids after swimming or doing your back-to-school shopping!
