Sometimes it’s hard to find the perfect Christmas gift. We are lucky to have a lot of unique and creative places to buy gifts from right here in Wichita. If you are looking for something creative, unique or made right here in Wichita we have some great, affordable ideas for you!

We have compiled a list of some of our favorite places to shop in Wichita along with some gift giving ideas for the special people in your life. 

Wicked Stitch: Mugs, Earrings, Wine Glasses & More

Wicked Stitch is a local company that specializes in embroidery, screen printed apparel, promotional products and gifts, including custom orders. The have a variety of products for the holidays including $13-15 earrings, $12 wine glasses and $17 coffee mugs. Located at 2121 N. Tyler Rd #115.

Cero’s Candies: Assorted Chocolate Boxes

Cero’s Candies has been serving homemade chocolates and confections to the Wichita area since 1885. They have many delicious options for the holidays including the half pound box of assorted chocolates pictured above for $24.50. They also carry a wide range of Wichita and Kansas themed chocolates including once shaped like the Keeper of the Plains and 2 sizes of the Wichita Flag. Located at 3429 E Douglas Ave.

Rocket Fizz: Over 500 Flavors of Soda Pop & More

Rocket Fizz is a soda pop and candy store that carries a large variety of candy, gifts and gags, including a selection of over 500 flavors of soda pops! Most of the sodas are $2.29 (there are a few that are higher). They also have a 4 pack discount for $7.99. There are also discounts for 8, 12, and 24 packs. Basically, the more you buy the more you save! These would make great stocking stuffers for the pop lover in your life! Located at 2350 N Greenwich Road, Suite 700.

The Popcorner: Gourmet Popcorn and Fudge Gift Boxes

The Popcorner is an old fashioned business that makes gourmet popcorn and other delicacies right here in Wichita. They have gifts to fit any budget including, but not limited, to their $22.99 large gift box which includes 3 medium bags of gourmet popcorn in a box with a bow. They also carry holiday and ICT Flag themed popcorn tins. The half and 1 gallon tins run $14.99-$24.99 depending on the size and popcorn flavors you choose. They also carry a six pack fudge box that includes 1 1/2 pounds of gourmet assorted fudge for $24.99.  They have 2 locations: 11330 East Central Ave Ste 800 and 2121 N Tyler Rd, Suite 141.

Lucinda’s: ICT Apparel & Gifts, Cheeky Gifts and Unique Accessories

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Square is this fun store that carries everything from Unicorn Snot (Yes really! It’s a sparkly body glitter gel that my girls adore.); cheeky mugs and coasters; local Wichita tees starting at $20; $14 ICT mugs and gifts; and so much more! Shop Lucinda’s for the perfect unique gift for the fun-loving person in your life. They also have great stocking stuffers such as Wichita area Heartlandia stickers that start at $3. Lucinda’s is located at 329 N Mead St. in Old Town Square.

Nifty Nut House: Specialty Candy, Nuts & More

Nifty Nut House has been serving the Wichita area for 3 generations now. They have been in business since 1937 and recently moved into their new, bigger building which is directly behind their previous location. The Nifty Nut House has “over 3,000 items including: fresh Nuts roasted daily, Dried Fruit, Chocolate Covered Nuts, Gourmet Chocolates, Fresh Fudge made in house, Candies, Gummies & many Sugar Free items. (My grandma has always raved about the fresh, superior quality of their products. It’s the only place she’ll buy her nuts and dried fruit for baking!) They also have specialty candies such as Harry Potter and Christmas themed items. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they sell candy made in Dexter, KS by Henry’s Candy Company! The Nifty Nut House has very reasonable prices starting at around $.25 for a small box of Lemon Heads on up. Try them out for your baking needs or to add a special treat to someone’s Christmas stocking. If you are wanting to send a care package to someone out of town, they also have shipping options!
