A special version of the 2020 KFDI Listener Appreciation Concert will happen on the date it was originally scheduled.
Back in March, Today’s KFDI FM 101.3 on Facebook announced they had to postpone the free concert at Charles Koch Arena. The Listener Appreciation Concert was originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 22. Performing at this year’s free concert would be LOCASH, Jordan Davis, and Matt Stell.
Recently they made the announcement that they’re going to hold a “quarantine special” on the original date.
So the show will go on, but over the airwaves instead – at least for the April 22 performance.
A notice on KFDI’s website says:
“This is only the second time since 1972 that we haven’t been able to hold a show. We have another date on hold, but we have to wait to see how this all shakes out. So what do you do when your big party gets postponed because of Coronavirus? Find another way to celebrate!”
The “QuaranFUN” will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday night with pre-show interviews and exclusive performances with the artists, followed by a special mix after party with DJ Carbon.
You can listen at 101.3 FM, via the KFDI app, or with Alexa. The radio station has also planned “virtual meet and greets” with the stars on Instagram and Facebook.

I have been listening for locations of the listener appreciation concert and have heard nothing. Where can I pick some up.
Thanks
Will beer or other alcohol be served at this event?
I’m not really sure, but you could look at the KFDI website and see if they have any information on that. (I didn’t see anything about it, but I just skimmed the FAQs.) http://www.kfdi.com/listener-appreciation-show << This is the link.
