Have yourself a merry little prehistoric holiday this season at Field Station: Dinosaurs’ Holly Jolly Jurassic Holiday events! There’s even a Groupon deal right now that makes admission as low as $5-something per person when there’s a promo code.
The dinosaur theme park will open its doors for a special winter season event from November 27 through December 31, 2020 (excluding December 24 & 25).
Families will get to see a one-of-a-kind exhibition and holiday light display with dinosaurs as the stars of the show. I’ve even heard that Santa – er, Santasaurus Rex – will be there. 🙂 This is an outdoor activity, so be sure to bundle up all the kids.
Admission is just $10 per person. This price does not include Jurassic Golf or the Kansas Climb. Member and kids under the age of 2 get in free.

The Field Station: Dinosaurs holiday event is planned for these evenings:
Wednesdays through Sundays, 1-9 p.m. November 27 to December 23
Daily, 1-9 p.m. December 26 to January 3 (excluding New Year’s day)
Note the extended hours; could be a great way to keep the kids busy during winter break!

Where do you find the Groupon deal that makes admission as low as $5-something per person for the dinosaur exhibit? All I saw was $8 on Groupon .
If you use the Groupon promo code and choose one of the multi-ticket options, the price was just under $6 per person. Unfortunately I just checked and the promo code doesn’t look like it’s happening today – but they have them frequently! (Also, if you enter the promo code and it isn’t valid, I’ve noticed they offer you a bit of discount anyway. I’ve had that happen for me a few times now.)
Without the promo code, one of the multi-ticket options brings the price down to $7 per person.
