Celebrate the 20th birthday of the Great Plains Nature Center in Wichita this Saturday with a fun, free event!
From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, the GPNC will have a variety of fun and educational activities, including:
- Behind-the-scenes classroom tours
- Giveaways
- Refreshments
- Guided hikes
- Photo station
- Live animals
- Keynote address from former GPNC Director Bob Gress
If you’d like, you could also give the GPNC a birthday donation of $20 for 20 years! Donations further the educational mission of the Great Plains Nature Center and will help keep them around for another two decades.
