(I think it does need to be in all-caps. That’s when it worked for me.) Once you get your credit, find the music you want and check out. You’ll see the $2 discount reflected in your total. Easy!

for some reason the code that it says to put in will not work. Does someone know why? Thank you!
Hi Kristina. I’m not sure why the code didn’t work, but I did have to enter it more than once before it worked for me. (I thought maybe I had just mis-typed it.)
You also might try closing the little pop-up box and clicking the “Enter Your Code” button again. If that doesn’t work, here’s what it says on that page: “If you still receive an error, contact Customer Service via Amazon MP3 Support.” (If you look right under the search box at the top of the page, you’ll find the Get Help link. Click that, and then there’s a Contact Us button.)
