Cabela’s Wichita will be hosting a FREE Spring Fishing Clinic for kids the last weekend in March.
The free fishing clinic for kids will be held Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
Kids will get to fish in the Cabela’s pond, make crafts, learn new skills in workshops, and get a free photo!
Representatives from the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks, and Tourism, Healing Waters Fly Fishing, and Fishing’s Future will also be there.
The first 25 kids to complete each workshop each day will receive a free giveaway.
The fishing will be catch and release.
Kids who complete the Catch & Release Pond activity and the free photo activity will get their cards punched and also receive a free giveaway.
