New 365 hunting/fishing licenses from Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks

Sharing is caring!

Kansas fishing

Beginning January 1, 2018, Kansas residents and others will have the option to choose a 365-day auto-renew hunting or fishing license at no additional cost.

Previously, a Kansas hunting or fishing license was only valid for the calendar year. If you waited until, say, August, to decide you wanted a fishing license, you’d only be able to use it through December when it expired.

The new option allows you to keep your license for a full 365 days, no matter when you purchased it. And, many of the licenses can auto-renew, so you don’t have to remember to renew it.

The 365 licenses will be available for several different kinds of Kansas sporting licenses. For a full list of licenses available for this option visit ksoutdoors.com/365-licenses.
