To celebrate the official start of the summer season with the summer solstice on Thursday, June 20, Kroger is giving away 45,000 pints of ice cream.
This means Kroger will be handing out 50 pints of their brand ice cream per minute for 900 minutes, mirroring the amount of sunlight we’ll enjoy in the Northern Hemisphere on solstice day.
According to a company release, the offer includes any pint of Kroger brand ice cream, such as Mint Chocolate Chip, Vivid Vanilla, and Kroger Brand Deluxe Tie Dye Burst.

The coupon is redeemable at many Kroger Family of Stores locations. So all you have to do is get the coupon and redeem it in-store, for pickup, or for delivery orders.
I checked our Wichita Dillons stores, and they are participating in this deal. However, the offer is NOT valid in the following states: California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Dakota, Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia. I wanted to share which stores are not participating so you don’t tell your cousin in Missouri and then find out their state isn’t participating.
