Live the Good Life for Less & Never Miss a Deal

Free meal at Applebees for Veterans and Active Duty Military on Nov. 11

Applebees is giving all active military and veterans a free meal on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, 2022.

“For 14 years and counting, Applebee’s restaurants across the country have served 10.3 million free meals in honor of our nation’s heroes, and this year is no different.”

The free meal is available with proof of service at participating locations. The offer should be available at most Wichita-area locations and even at locations farther out in Kansas.

When you arrive you’ll be given a special menu to order from. The menu may vary depending on location, but this is an example of what you can look forward to:

  1. 6 oz. Top Sirloin
  2. Double Crunch Shrimp
  3. Fiesta Lime Chicken
  4. Chicken Tenders Platter
  5. Classic Bacon Cheeseburger
  6. Oriental Chicken Salad
  7. Three-Cheese Chicken Penne

Beverages and tips are not included; please tip generously!

U.S. veterans and active-duty military just need to show proof of service to receive the free meal. There’s a limit of 1 meal per person (naturally!), and it isn’t valid with other coupons or discounts. The free meal offer is good for dine-in only.

“We’re honored to be able to give thanks to those who have served our country through our annual free meal offer at Applebee’s restaurants on Veterans Day,” said John Cywinski, Applebee’s President. “We have celebrated veterans and active service members with free meals on Veterans Day since 2008 and are pleased to add an extra gift with $5 toward their next meal.”

When you are dining at Applebees on November 11, you’ll get a $5 bounce back card to redeem for dine-in, To Go or delivery within three weeks. Be sure to check out any terms and conditions on the card.
