The lights will be off in the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum on the night of Friday October 25, but that doesn’t mean it’s closed! Enjoy a fun Halloween torchlight tour of the dark museum – including taking a trip up to the rarely-seen inside of the Clock Tower!
Flashlights provided by the Coleman Company will be available to borrow, and you’ll be guided through the museum.
The torchlight tour at Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum is free, but donations to support the non-profit museum are strongly encouraged!
The museum provides many affordable, entertaining, and educational events like this one to residents and visitors throughout the year. There’s a donation box in the entry, or you can ask a volunteer how to give.
Space is limited, so arrive in plenty of time to participate. Don’t bring strollers or backpacks for this event.
