The Wichita Park and Recreation Department and Genesis Health Club have teamed up to offer a FREE cardio tennis workout this Saturday morning, January26 . And yes – it’s going to be held inside, so no worries about freezing temps outside! 🙂
You do need to register if you want to attend.
The free workout is available for folks 18 years of age and up; all fitness levels are welcome, and you don’t have to have prior tennis experience. Tennis rackets and heart rate monitors will be provided for participants, and the first 100 get a free t-shirt too!
This free cardio tennis workout is open to members or non-members, and will be held at the Genesis Health Club tennis courts on North Rock Road.
