To celebrate, on Aug. 6, A&W Restaurants are giving customers a FREE small root beer float from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at participating locations, while supplies last. Limit one per customer.
As a part of the sweet celebration, A&W will collect donations for Disabled American Veterans.

So stop in to any A&W Restaurant location on August 6th for a free small Root Beer Float from 2 pm to 8 pm – no purchase necessary! Donations to the Disabled American Veterans encouraged. Cheers!
