Bradley Fair is back with FREE yoga on Monday mornings through June 7.
The yoga flow class will be led by Alyssa Cameron from the Greater Wichita YMCA. You’ll learn about body alignment and safety, yoga terminology, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, and mental preparation.
The free yoga classes will be held on the Plaza from 9-10 a.m. Monday mornings. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Here’s the schedule for the upcoming FREE yoga classes at Bradley Fair shopping center in Wichita:

These are all Monday mornings, and all the classes are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. and will last about an hour.
