Try different styles of bellydancing and other cultural dance styles during Amira Dance Productions’ 90-minute Bellydance Sampler Workshop.
It happens from 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at 1702 W. Douglas. Cost is $5, payable at the door.
Wear comfortable clothes to move and dance in. Bellydance is generally done barefoot, but dance sneakers (no street shoes or sneakers) and ballet slippers are OK.
This is a women-focused workshop; girls ages 12-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
No prior dance experience is necessary.
Parking is available on side streets and behind the studio.
