Awesome Toy Sale last blast blowout

Sharing is caring!

The Awesome Toy Sale, run by a local Wichita dad, is having one last summer sale before closing business. The sale will be held over the next two weekends at the Sedgwick County Extension Center in west Wichita.

It’s FREE to shop. Everything is brand new merchandise still in the packaging – including toys, sports team merch, backpacks, arts and craft supplies, games, water balloons, and more – but at clearance sale prices.

You can buy a lot for the kids – and for the nieces, nephews, neighbors, future birthday parties, etc… – for very little money.

But this will be the last one.

Stallbaumer and his family started this sale in their driveway. Over time it grew to the point that they would rent space and hold a big sale twice a year – once in the summer and once before the holiday season – so everyone could shop for toys at huge discounts.

After this month, Andrew says, he doesn’t plan to have any more big sales. Like so many local business owners, they have had to adapt to recent conditions. “It’s been fun,” he said. “But it’s no longer sustainable. I have to sell what I’ve got and focus on the day job.”

Andrew says he’s super thankful for local folks for supporting his small shop, and he wants to give an even bigger discount for those who help him get rid of his inventory these next two weekends.

An extra discount at Awesome Toy Sale’s Last Blast

Just tell them you heard about the sale from Wichita on the Cheap and you will get an extra 20% off any order of $30 or more.

And although the toys, games, and sports team merchandise are already at clearance-like prices, the extra discount is just an awesome bonus. You can get a lot for $30.

These are brand-new toys in the packaging, which would also make them awesome for charity donation drives, or you can hide them and give them as gifts or use them as stocking stuffers this December.

AWESOME TOY SALE at Century II
Andrew Stallbaumer and his family started this sale in their driveway, garage-sale style. It became so huge it wouldn’t fit in a driveway anymore, but it never strayed from its bargain-loving customer base. And Andrew’s daughters, mom, and other family members and friends helped him run it for years.

Brand New Toys and Merchandise

All of the toys in the sale are brand new. The website has hundreds of items at AWESOME discounted prices.

The AWESOME TOY SALE!!! features toys and games, outdoor toys like balls, flying discs, pail and shovel sets, and water balloons, as well as arts and crafts, watches, backpacks, and college and professional sports merchandise. The sports team merch includes KU, KSU, WSU, OSU, CHIEFS, and ROYALS.

They have lots of popular kids’ character toys too, for both girls and boys.

Visit the Awesome Toy Sale’s Last Blast this weekend and find a bunch o’ fun on the cheap! There’s always something new and interesting to find at the Stallbaumer family’s sales, so even if you’ve been before you can have a great time shopping. And if you have ever shopped this awesome sale, you’ll probably want to stop by this weekend to give them your regards and send them away with an empty truck.

And tell your friends with kids about this last sale!

  1. which is the correct location? Sedgwick County Extension or Century II — I see both on this page

      1. So the sale is at Sedgwick County Extension offices, not the Knights of Columbus building??

  2. Question. I am a nurse and unable to make it to the Toy Sale. Do you have the Disney lego castle or the Lego Friends hospital for sale?
