One of the more unusual additions is the ALDI Super Fan Advent Calendar. It includes 12 ALDI-themed surprises, such as socks, ornaments, and other merchandise.
The new baking calendar has 24 days of kitchen gadgets and tools, while the sensory calendar includes slime, dough, toys, and squishy surprises.
And for anyone who loves a good food pairing, ALDI has refreshed its popular wine and cheese calendars so the daily selections complement one another.
Are ALDI Advent Calendars Actually a Good Deal?
That depends on which one you choose!
The $1.99 kids’ chocolate calendar is an inexpensive way to make the countdown to Christmas special without spending much money.
Some of the more expensive calendars are better viewed as gifts or holiday treats rather than guaranteed bargains.
My advice is to think about what someone will actually enjoy. A $15 calendar filled with things they’ll use can be a better purchase than a $30 calendar filled with things they won’t.
You also don’t need to buy one for everyone. Sharing a calendar as a family can be just as fun and keeps the cost down.
