Have you ever wanted to peek inside the lofts and apartments being developed in downtown Wichita? Well, here’s your opportunity!
Downtown Wichita is throwing open its doors and inviting you to see the living spaces in one of Wichita’s coolest neighborhoods. The Downtown Living Tour is open to the public and FREE on Saturday, June 23 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Pop-Up Park will serve as home base for the event, and Downtown Wichita staff will be there to answer questions, help you find a property, or give you a map. Food trucks will be onsite for food and beverage purchases.
The tour will feature a range of living spaces, including minimal studios, contemporary lofts, and unique floorplans.

- Broadway Autopark
- Colorado Derby Lofts
- Pinnacle Lofts & Apartments
- River Vista Apartments
- The Douglas Apartments
- The Finn Lofts
- The Flats 324
- The LUX
- WaterWalk Hotel Apartments
To participate, visit any of the properties and pick up a tour map or view one on your phone and explore at your leisure. You can walk, rent a bicycle from Bike Share ICT, or take the Q (for free). Anyone can attend!
