All aboard! The Wichita Toy Train Club is celebrating its 30th anniversary this month with a special event for everyone. They’ll have games and prizes for the kids, model trains (of course), and a special admission price. Join the fun on Saturday, October 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, October 9 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Wichita Toy Train Museum, 130 S. Laura in Wichita. Adult admission will be only $2, couples can get in for $3, and the whole family can enjoy the celebration for only $5 (total!). As always, children under 12 get in FREE! If you need more information, visit the Wichita Toy Train Museum website. This will be a great event for the whole family, and definitely more fun than being stopped by a train when you’re in a hurry! The museum has operating toy trains, a gift shop, a kids’ area, and more. Check this out.
