This will be a fun holiday event in Hesston, KS. Dyck Arboretum will host its annual Winter Luminary Walk on four dates during the holiday season this year:
November 29 & 30, 2019 (Thanksgiving weekend)
December 6 & 7, 2019
Enjoy the natural beauty of the gardens in the winter as you walk through thousands of lights highlighting both the organic and man-made structures at the arboretum. This is not commercial glitz – the luminaries are simple candles in jars.
The Winter Luminary Walk begins at 5:30 p.m. and goes until 8 p.m.
In addition to the relaxing holiday stroll through the gardens, they’ll have activities and goodies at the event.
The final night is Family Night. On Family Night only, children 12 years old and under get free admission when accompanied by a paying adult. Also included in Family Night festivities will be hayrack rides, face-painting, and craft-making.
You can save $1 per admission by purchasing tickets in advance online or at the Dyck Arboretum office. Tickets are $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 3-12.
At the door, tickets will be $6 for adults and $3 for children.
