We’re moving to Wichita in 3 weeks. SO happy to have found this site. Thank you!
The vouchers for the farmers market are not available until July 1, 2020.
The building is still closed and you need to call to set up an appointment
for July 1, 2020. You had written that the vouchers would be available June 1, 2020.
I think that June 1 date was still from last year. I haven’t heard when they would be available this year. Thanks for the info!
You are showing Vintage Market Days at Century II this weekend (July 5 – 7th) at Century II, however, when I look up, this isn’t until Oct 11th – 13th.
Oh – gosh. Thank you for letting me know! I’m not sure what went wrong… I’ll fix it!
Hi, I have found lately that I have 2 issues with your website. 1. I don’t find any way to share the page to FB anymore. I now have to copy and paste the link. 2. I know this isn’t new but with all the ads, you have to scroll way down to get to what the link is actually about. It’s annoying. Just saying. But thank you for all that you do. This is a great resource
Hi Cindy. Thanks for your comment. The sharing buttons I had to take down temporarily because they were causing problems with the site. As soon as I find a better replacement they’ll be back. (And thank you for sharing!)
The ads are a part of life, unfortunately. This site is monetized completely through ads – no subscription fees for users – so they’ll have to stick around. They are the reason the website is free to all.
Hi! I am from Praise Chapel and we are doing a backpack give away on Saturday, August 12th from noon until 3pm. We are also offering free hair cuts and shoes. There will be food also. Everything is free! No paperwork! Please come see us at 6808 East Harry st. Wichita!
are you doing this again this year?
Which activity are you referring to, Kimberly?
Thank you for all the time and energy invested to helping us navigate Wichita 🙂

Really love Wichita on the cheap. Thanks for for all your effort. My daughters and I have taken in so many inexpensive and fun events due to this site.
Thank you so much, Colin! I love helping people find fun and inexpensive things to do in Wichita. I think Wichita is easy to love, and we have so many good family-friendly events and activities here!

Keriel dairy fall barn sale is next Saturday. Would you mind posting it? It is on Facebook. Thank you!!
Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your website! I appreciate all your hard work to keep this updated. Thanks!
Aww, thank you Stuart!
Oh never mind I see where it says Monday afternoon too. Sorry!
No problem! When I first wrote the post, years ago, it was for Tuesdays only. But since that time they’ve added other days – which is great for us! 🙂
Is the $2 skating Monday even though your link says tuesdays?
I dint think the $12 a caseload at starlight is happening this weekend, still inexpensive but not $12
You’re right. I think it ended at the beginning of May. Sorry! But yes, still very inexpensive (and fun). 🙂
