Wichita Public Schools Showcase of Choices Fair

Sharing is caring!

Wichita Public Schools will provide a free expo for parents to explore educational options for their children.

The 2023 Showcase of Choices and Opportunities (formerly known as the Choices Fair) will be held on January 19th, at Century II Exhibition Hall.

The Showcase allows parents and students to do “one-stop school shopping” to look at the different educational options offered by USD259.

The Showcase of Choices and Opportunities allows parents to do “one-stop school shopping” to look at the different educational options the district offers as well as opportunities for students to get involved in their school. Representatives from 25 magnet schools, all high schools, early childhood programs, Education Imagine Academy virtual program, Fine Arts, and district support departments will assist parents with information.

New this year: Coleman Environmental Magnet Middle School is a new magnet program available to families beginning next school year. Media is invited to come to Coleman to see an activity that supports their magnet theme as students plant prairie grasses on their property on January 19, 2:15 – 3:10 p.m.

The 2023 Showcase of Choices and Opportunities will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. that evening. Admission is FREE.
