The Wichita Community Theater is in its 65th season. If its been almost that long since you dusted off your official Thespian Society membership card, then it’s probably time for another dose of theater for you.
The group will perform Arsenic and Old Lace at the Mary Jane Teall Theater inside Century II from January 27th through February 13th. Thursday – Saturday performances begin at 8 p.m.; Sunday performances start at 7 p.m.
There are two ways to get your tickets on the cheap. First, you could take advantage of a special opening night discount. Tickets for Thursday, January 27th performance will only be $8.
Or you could volunteer to work in the box office or snack bar and get your ticket free. No previous experience is necessary. The schedule is filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you volunteer the more likely you’ll get your choice of date.
Regularly priced tickets are $12 and $10 for members of the military, seniors, and students. For reservations, call 686-1282.
