It isn’t a musical–these are real live pedigreed cats being judged to see who’s purr-tiest. There’s also a household pet division. I’m not sure exactly what categories the cats will be judged on (probably not obedience), but if your family are cat-lovers, it might be fun to attend. A weekend pass is only $10 for the whole family.
Presented by Wichita Cat Fancy, the show will be February 4 and 5, 2017 at the Cotillion. If you’ve never been to a cat show before, you might want to see Tips for Spectators at the Cat Fancier’s Association website.
Admission is $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children ages 6-12 and seniors 55+, or $10.00 per family for the whole weekend.
The show goes from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
