This is a wonderful art museum in Wichita, and it’s family-friendly too!
The Wichita Art Museum has Chihuly glass featured prominently in its entrance and on the upper level in the great hall. The museum has a permanent collection and features national traveling exhibits. Plus, you can always get free admission on Saturdays, so this makes it one of the best free things to do in Wichita, KS!

Hours:
Wichita Art Museum galleries are open Tuesday – Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday Noon to 5 p.m.
The museum store is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Muse Cafe is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Art Museum is closed on Mondays and major holidays.
