Attention music students and musicians… Mark Sganga is a top-notch guitar instructor & performer from the New York area. He will be in Wichita to present a workshop and concert for musicians this month.
On Tuesday, September 17, Sganga will teach “Comping in Multiple Styles” for all instruments from 6:45pm – 7:45pm. (Bring your instrument, a music stand, and a pencil.) Following the workshop, Sganga will perform a concert from 8:00pm – 9:00pm. Both the clinic and the concert will be held at Olivet Baptist Church on West 13th Street in Wichita.
The cost for the Comping Clinic is $25.00, and the cost for the concert is $25.00 – or you can attend BOTH for $35.00. Pick up tickets at Vance Music 1508 W. 19th St. N., Wichita, Kansas 67203 or call 316-264-1567. If space is available, tickets can also be purchased at the door.
