If you haven’t been to Tanganyika Wildlife Park (or even if you have), you should not miss this opportunity to get in at a big discount. If this nice weather holds out, it will be an even greater day. Bring your camera. You will love it, and you’ll probably take too many pictures, like I did.

The discounted admission to Tanganyika Wildlife Park is valid for everyone ages 3 and up. Children 2 and under get in free.

Regular admission prices to Tanganyika as of this writing are:

Adult Admission – $16.99
Children (3-11) – $11.99
Children (under 3) – FREE
Seniors (60-89) – $13.99
Seniors (90 and up) – FREE

The park will be open regular hours on Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tanganyika Wildlife park is located at 1000 S. Hawkins Lane in Goddard, Kansas. If you are coming from Wichita, take Kellogg (Highway 54) west to 183rd Street West. (There’s a stop light there.) Turn right on 183rd and go north to Maple. Take a left on Maple and go west for about 1/2 mile to Hawkins Lane. Turn left and go south on Hawkins Lane until you see the entrance at the end of the road.
