The Midwestern and Pacific Coast Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships have chosen Wichita to host their 2018 competition! Synchronized Skating is a unique form of skating where a group of 8-20 skaters perform in unison, with the same footwork and same timing. This impressive style of skating is beautiful to watch, and some of the best skaters will be right here in Wichita! This is a BIG deal for our great city, so be sure not to miss it!
Intrust Bank Arena will be the venue for the championship, and there are multiple competition dates you can attend, from January 24-28, 2018. The event tickets cost $25 for regular admission, $20 for seniors, $15 for students, and children under the age of 5 will get in for FREE. You can purchase a ticket to attend all 5 days or only the day that you want to attend. Don’t forget, the ice rink can get pretty chilly, so it’s best to wear layers and maybe even bring a blanket, hat, and gloves!
