Live the Good Life for Less & Never Miss a Deal

Sente: Wichita’s One Stop Shop for Coffee, Refreshments & Board Games

Sharing is caring!

Unfortunately, Sente is now closed.

“We are extremely sad to announce that we will be closing. This is not something we ever imagined, […] We will miss the board game community, as well as the Wichita community at large.”

Sente Games and Refreshments is a new coffee shop in downtown Wichita with a twist.

They have a cozy seating area and lots of tables that are perfect for playing one of the hundreds of board games available or relaxing with a cup of coffee and enjoying the free WiFi.  Sente also offers vegan baked goods from Nice Bites Bakery, including gluten free options.

There is a $3 per person fee to play games all day, which means you can leave and then come back later the same day if you want. Children 10 and under are free as long as they have at least one paying adult with them. Sente also offers a One Month Membership Card for purchase that allows you to enjoy 1 month of unlimited free game time.

Sente is named after a move in the game Go, which is an abstract strategy board game invented in China over 2,500 years ago.  It is located on the corner of Market and Douglas at 132 E. Douglas across from the ICT Urban Pop-Up Park.
