The Sedgwick County Fair is always lots of fun. The 2018 county fair opens Wednesday, July 18 at the Sedgwick County Fairgrounds in Cheney, Kansas, and continues through Saturday, July 21.
Admission is free and parking is free too!
The Sedgwick County Fair is a nice example of an old-fashioned county fair. Its “just-right” size means that you can enjoy the animals, the quilts, live music, and other exhibits with the kids. I highly recommend it for a fun family weekend.
You’ll only need tickets for events like the Ranch Rodeo, the Demolition Derby, and of course the carnival, which runs throughout the fair.
Get a 20% discount on “Ride All The Rides” armbands if purchased before the Fair, which makes them only $20. The regular price for an all-day carnival ride bracelet is $25 each.
Tickets for the events are available online at www.ourcountyfair.com, and you’ll save money if you buy them in advance.
The Sedgwick County Fairgrounds are located at 308 S Main St in Cheney, KS 67025. For more information on events and to see the schedule, check out www.ourcountyfair.com To buy tickets to the Ranch Rodeo and Demo Derby, visit the Tickets & Merchandise page on their website.
