I hate to call this what it is. Scrapbook Garden at Maple and Ridge is closing and will be having a going-out-of-business sale beginning Thursday, June 16, 2011.
According to Carrie Rengers’ Have You Heard blog, the shop’s owners are sorely disappointed to be closing, but at least they seem upbeat about the great deals scrapbookers will be getting in their liquidation sale.
The store should be open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, with reductions of 25% to 75% on scrapbooking supplies and store fixtures, according to Rengers.
I’m sorry to see them go, but I can understand it. It seems like many of us have had to cut expenses and ‘luxury’ items like beautiful paper and amazing scrapbooking tools are among the first to go. 🙁
At least some scrapbookers will find some deals and help them clear out the store.
