NOMAR International Marketplace is inviting everyone in the community to the Puerto Rican Festival on Saturday, June 14, 2014. The festival showcases the culture, traditions, food, music, art, and crafts of this beautiful U.S. territory Caribbean island.
The Puerto Rican Festival begins at 6 p.m. There will be live music with a special presentation by Miguel Mambo de Leon, food vendors including Taste and See, raffles, souvenir stands, a Miss Puerto Rico contest, and more. According to the Puerto Rican Festival Facebook page, Exploration Place will be there with activities for the kids.
Admission to the Puerto Rican Festival is free but you’ll probably want to bring cash for food, raffles, and souvenirs. You might want to bring your camera too!
