The Wichita Art Museum will be hosting a “Night at the Museum” event on Thursday, August 16 from 7-10 p.m.
The summer evening escapade will include live music from Wichita band MariaElena Teubner, a dance performance from the Regina Klenjoski Dance Company, DJ Carbon, musicians from Rock & Roll Camp for Girls, and fun pics in the Lamphouse Photo Booth.
The event will be held on the museum’s second floor in the Dr. S. Jim and Darla Farha Great Hall. (The one with the immense Chihuly glass sculpture hanging from the ceiling!)
For refreshment, they’ll have a cash bar, cool-aides, and bites.
Admission to this event is free for WAM members and only $10 for the general public. According to the museum’s Facebook event, it is kid-friendly.
