Sean Kenney’s Nature POP! exhibit is produced by Imagine Exhibitions, an organization focused on developing high-quality STEM/STEAM content within their traveling exhibitions. Inspired by the Popart movement, “Nature POP!” plays on that movement’s principles by blurring the boundaries between austere and the everyday and draws from a belief that everything is interconnected. Blending art, science, and innovation, the larger-than-life sculptures in Nature POP! invite us to admire the artistry and engineering and consider: just as LEGO bricks interconnect, how is everything in nature interconnected?

Visitors are encouraged to get hands-on and make memories with these household toys that have been turned into art sculptures. The exhibit will accompany daily activities, art projects, tours, and special events. These include activities such as mega building zones, interactive STEAM stations, rotating exploration stations, a digital scavenger hunt where you can enter your photos for a chance to win fun prizes throughout the summer, and Nature Pop! inspired postcards that can be colored by you!
