If you’ve been wanting to try yoga, now is the perfect time. September is National Yoga Month, and the Yoga Health Foundation is offering new students a Yoga Month Card that is good for one week of FREE yoga at one of more than 1,600 studios nationwide. The card is good during September and October. You can sign up in three easy steps:
- Choose a participating studio
- Print your Yoga Month Card
- Visit your selected studio and redeem your card for one week of FREE yoga
In addition to the free week of yoga, many studios will also offer special events during National Yoga Month, such as donation-only classes or the annual Time for Yoga Global Community Practice (a special yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice) that will take place at studios around the world at 7 p.m. local time on Sept. 30.
