The Farmers Market season is coming to a close and the Kansas Grown Farmers Market is doing it with a party. On October 30, 2013, the Last Harvest Party will be held in the parking lot of the Lawrence Dumont Stadium. This looks like it will be fun!
You’ll find the regular Farmers Market vendors, free treats, and a $300 cruiser bicycle from Bicycle X-Change being raffled off. There will also be free “walking tacos” provided by New Covenant UMC.
The party is on from 5-7 p.m. Come ready to get the last of the local harvest for this year.
