I just found out about another Halloween freebie available in Wichita. Kids dressed in costume can get a FREE pizza buffet at Cici’s Pizza October 31 with the purchase of an adult buffet and regular size drink or larger. There is a limit of one free kid’s buffet per adult buffet purchased, and the free kids’ meal does not include the drink. Other terms and conditions may apply, so ask when you order.
