At least four Applebee’s restaurants in Wichita will be participating in a special Kids Eat Free promotion this Halloween. According to the locations’ Facebook pages, kids will eat free on Halloween night, October 31, 2012, from 4 p.m. to close. I don’t have information about other Applebee’s locations, so you should call ahead to verify.
