JCPenney is having an amazing Labor Day sale and clearance event going on right now! Shop at JCPenney’s August 30th through September 3rd to save big money.

I’m serious when I say you can save big. I went to the sale today and bought athletic tank tops for my girls that cost $1.87 to $2.47 each, depending on the style. I also found girl’s Arizona jeans on clearance that rang up for $2.23 a pair and one pair of skinny jeans that was only $1.11! Then I found Docker khaki pants for my husband that were originally $62. I was able to get them for $9.29 after all of my discounts. I also found St. John’s Bay khaki shorts that rang up for $4.04 a piece! I was also able to find several other great deals, including a swimsuit for my toddler that will fit her next year and a cute dress for myself that was originally $60 and I snagged it for only $8.99! (All of these prices are before taxes.)

To help you navigate the sales, I made a list of ways to save with this sales event:

• First, you can take an additional 50% off the clearance price thru Monday. (This price will come off automatically at the register.)
• On top of that, you can go online and print a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase to use in store. If you prefer to shop from home in your pajamas, there are also codes to use online.
• In addition, you can scroll to the bottom of the JCPenney home page and signup for text or email alerts to get special offers and promotions. If you are new to this service like I was, the first offer you will get is 25% off your purchase! This coupon can be stacked with the already 50% off the clearance prices!
• Furthermore, if you are a JCPenney Rewards Member, you will also earn JCPenney Bonus Bucks. For every $50 that you spend at the Labor Day sale, you will receive a $10 reward that can be used the same day. (You can earn up to three $10 JCP Bonus Bucks during this event.
