g2gOutside is going fishing at the Great Plains Nature Center on Thursday evening, and you can go too. Bring the whole family to the Great Plains Nature Center parking lot at 6 p.m. There will be fishing poles and a willing instructor to teach the kids (and probably give a few tips for the adults too). I’m guessing here, but if you have your own poles, it’s probably okay to bring them.
And don’t forget to bring your g2g Passport to get it stamped. The families who complete all 10 of the listed activities this summer can bring them to the Sedgwick County Extension building and get a family outdoor play kit with g2g bandannas, frisbees, first aid kit, sunscreen, bug spray, and more.
As with all the other g2g Outside activities, this is free and fun for the whole family!
