Saturday morning, wake up and give your body a good weekend stretch with a free Yoga in the Park session from Firefly Yoga Studio. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and show up at College Hill Park, south of the pool, at 8:30 a.m.
The free Yoga in the Park class will be a vinyasa flow style, suitable for all levels.
