Free w/Purchase: ‘Wicked’ Author to Speak in Wichita

Sharing is caring!

As unlikely as it seems, I received two emails about two different author events in Wichita today! (Read about the first one, a panel of Kansas authors sponsored by Creative Rush.)

Gregory Maguire, the author of Wicked, a novel about the life and times of the Wicked Witch of the West (also turned into a musical of the same name) will be in Wichita on Monday, November 7, 2011 to speak about and sign copies of his new book Out of Oz: The Final Volume in the Wicked Years.

The book talk and signing will begin at 7 p.m. at the Forum Theatre at 147 S. Hillside.

Tickets for this event can only be purchased at Watermark Books, located at 4701 E. Douglas in Wichita, and are free with your purchase of Out of Oz. Additional tickets are $10 each plus tax.
